Ultra Electronics Inc., Montreal, Canada, is awarded a fixed price contract of $145,375,113 with options for the supply of Amphibious Tactical Communications Systems (ATCS). This contract includes a base period of approximately three years and an option period of approximately seven years, which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value to an estimated value of $145,375,113.
